Marie Quinn is a respected, local financial planning and investment professional, well-known and recognised for her personal integrity and experience. She offers a specialist, independent and friendly service providing strategies and solutions to financial problems that meet the very different needs faced by individuals.
Marie joined the financial planning industry in its infancy in the mid-1980’s and has worked with the major advisory firms before setting up her own specialist financial advisory business. Over the years she has built up a successful business that specialises in providing a professional and personal service for a select number of clients.
Marie is keen to see the financial planning industry grow and be governed by high standards for financial planners.
Marie brings to her role as a financial planner a wide background in community services and politics, including being an Auckland City Councillor and Mayoral candidate. She is a Justice of the Peace and was awarded the Queen’s Jubilee Medal in 1977.
As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Marie is bound by the standards and disciplinary processes of the CFP qualification. She is also a member of the Society of Independent Financial Advisers (SIFA).
